Israeli occupation forces abducted on Tuesday at dawn 56 Palestinian citizens in different parts of occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses said that tens of Israeli military vehicles raided the Palestinian cities and villages in the occupied Palestinian territories and stormed Palestinians homes.
They woke up children and family members of the Palestinians they abducted during the dead dark of the night, as well as they frightened them.
In East Jerusalem, the Israeli occupation forces abducted 20 Palestinians from their beds, claiming they were wanted to the Israeli security services.
Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank cities, villages and refugee camps, the Israeli occupation forces abducted 36 Palestinians.
Local sources in Jenin said that the Israeli occupation forces abducted a 55-year-old Palestinian man and they attacked his family members when they attempted to prevent his abduction.
This abduction campaign came two days after the leader of the Israeli opposition Zahava Gal-on revealed that the Palestinian Authority and Fateh President Mahmoud Abbas had reiterated that the security cooperation with Israel “is continuous.”
