On Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces shot the Palestinian youth Mohamed al-Shobaki in the upper part of his boy and investigated him while bleeding.
Al-Shobaki remained bleeding, while the Israeli troops were investigating him and searching his body, until he died.
Meanwhile, Israeli paramedics arrived in the scene of the incident, where there were another Israeli wounded, and offered first aid to the Israeli and then evacuated him to the hospital.
Witnesses said that they refused to offer first aid to the Palestinian, who was being investigated, although he was calling for help.
Euro-Mid Observer for Human Rights accused the Israeli paramedics of discrimination regarding offering medical help to wounded.
The Observer said that it had evidence that the Israeli paramedics intentionally did not offer medical help for the Palestinian; however, the Palestinian called for help while they were offering medical help to a wounded Israeli nearby him.
“This a flagrant violation of the international law,” the Observer said.
