Days of Palestine, West Bank –Israeli occupation demolished on Tuesday morning three chops in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil.
Israeli military vehicles escorted three bulldozers into the town of Idnah in the west of Al-Khalil, crossing through the Israeli Apartheid Wall in the area.
The bulldozers demolished the shops belonged to Said Isleimiyeh in the western area of the town, Marwan Tmeizeh and Hassan Sha’rawi.
Witnesses said that the Israeli forces confiscated containers and other properties, claiming the shops were not licensed.
Last year the Israeli occupation demolished 601 Palestinian-owned structures, displacing 1,215 people.
The UN said it was the highest annual number of people affected by the policy since it began keeping records in 2008.
