Days of Palestine, Gaza Strip –Israeli occupation authorities have only allowed 10 percent of the construction material needed to rebuild Gaza, report said on Sunday.
According a report issued by the Popular Committee for Lifting the Siege on Gaza said that the strict Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip is still in place despite all international calls to lift it.
The Committee said that between the period of October 14, 2014, and April 23, 2015, only 2,252 truckloads of cement weighing around 90,000 tons entered Gaza with an average of 473 tons daily, but Gaza needs 3,000 tons every day.

The report added that the amount of bars entered would be enough for building 500 apartments, while 30,000 apartments were destroyed during the latest Israeli offensive on Gaza.
Some 58 truckloads of cement at 2,320 tons entered for Qatari-funded projects, while 12,750 truckloads of base-coarse and aggregate which amounts to around a half-million tons also entered.
