Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli occupation authorities have cut water supplies for Palestinians whose son take part in demonstrations.
Residents in different neighbourhoods in the occupied Palestinian city of Jerusalem told Days of Palestine that the Israeli municipality in the holy city had cut water supplies for their houses.
The reason for this, the families said, that the Israeli occupation is punishing them because their sons were reported took part in anti-Israeli demonstrations.
Details reported by the Israeli Radio on Wednesday confirmed what the targeted families said to Days of Palestine.
The Israeli Radio said that the Israeli municipality in Jerusalem had started to cut water supplies for the houses of the Palestinian teens taking part in the demonstrations in the city.
It revealed that the Israeli police submitted names of children and teens had been arrested during the dispersal of the demonstrations to the municipality administration so it identifies their homes and cut the water supplies.
Israeli violations against Palestinians and Al-Aqsa Mosque have been increasing since more than two months ago.
However, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that his government would maintain the status quo in Jerusalem, he has recently approved building thousands of new settlement units in illegal settlements in the holy city.
