Days of Palestine, Report –Berlin has agreed to slash $382 million off the coast of missile boats heading to Israeli occupation soon.
German and Israeli officials reported by Israeli media confirming the agreement and the discount made on the deal.
After the discount, the three fast guided missile destroyers, Germany agreed to sell to the Israeli occupation, is now estimated to be worth about $766,274,080 –about two-thirds of the original price.
According to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, the deal is expected to be signed within a matter of weeks.
Haaretz said that the Israeli had originally requested that Germany slash 30 per cent off the nearly $1,150,000,000 price tag for the destroyers, just as Germany had done in previous arms deals between the two sides.
Germany has so far supplied the Israeli navy with four advanced Dolphin-Class submarines, sold at a discount, and is scheduled to deliver a fifth submarine from Germany later in 2014.
Israeli occupation has recently waged a savage war on the Gaza Strip that left around 2,200 Palestinians dead and more than 11,000 others wounded.
UN said that more than ¾ of them were civilians and the dead included more than 500 children.
