Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli occupation forces arrested on Friday six Palestinians, including three children, in East Jerusalem.
Witnesses said that the Israeli occupation forces raided the neighbourhood of Silwan in the occupied East Jerusalem in the early morning and arrested six Palestinian citizens.
Wadi Hilweh Information Centre said three of the six arrested citizens are little children. The three children were named as Mas’oud Zaytoun, 9, Ashraf Burqan, 10, and Tamer Shweiki, 11.
The children were arrested for allegedly throwing rocks at the Israeli occupation forces when they passed across the neighbourhood.
During the arrest, the Israeli occupation forces, witnesses said, fired stun grenades and tear gas at people during the operation.
Regarding the other three citizens, witnesses said that they are women, no one has got any information about their whereabouts yet.
