Days of Palestine, Gaza –Senior Palestinian official said on Thursday night that the Israeli massive war on Gaza is over and Israeli occupation was defeated.
Islamic Jihad leader Khalid al-Batch, who is a member in the Palestinian delegation to Cairo, said that the current war is over and called for the Palestinian fighters to start preparing themselves to the next war.
He was speaking to the Lebanese-based satellite channel Al-Mayadeen. He said that the Israeli occupation was defeated in this war and “it is now preparing itself” for the next war.
“Thus, I call upon the Palestinian fighters to start preparing themselves for the next war, too,” he said.
The senior Palestinian leader, who attended all rounds of indirect talks with the Israeli delegation in Cairo, said that there was a chance to sign a deal on Wednesday, but the Israeli occupation “wordplay” undermined the efforts.
On Thursday, one of Hamas senior leaders, who is a member in the delegation and returned to Gaza, said the same thing about Israeli “wordplay.”
The ongoing massive Israeli war on Gaza caused around 2,000 Palestinians deaths and more than 10,000 wounded. Most of them are civilians, mainly children, women and elderly, official international statistics said.
Several sources called the Israeli war on Gaza a new Holocaust.
