The Palestinian paramedics named the deaths as: journalist Ali Afash, Italian journalist Simone Camilli, 35, engineer Bilal al-Sultan, 27, engineer Ali al-Houm, 40, engineer Hazim Murad, 38 and the sixth is still unknown.
The Italian video journalist was working for the international news agency Associated Press. AP and Italy confirmed the death of Camilli.
