He said that this commission had to replace the commission established by the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva and prevent it from trying Israeli occupation at the ICC in The Hague.

“We have always acted too late, and that is why the timing on this issue is very important,” he said.
He added that such a commission investigating the war on Gaza should include international experts as well as Israeli ones.
