A horde of extremist Jewish settlers on Friday set up an outpost near the illegal settlement of Kiryat Arba in the south of Hebron City.
According to local sources, dozens of settlers escorted by soldiers deployed a prefabricated home and some tents on a hill near Kiryat Arba.

The settlers put their structures on a tract of land belonging to a local resident called Hammuda Jaber.
Some journalists tried to report about the new outpost, but soldiers chased them and prevented them from taking photos.
The Hebrew website 0404 said that friends of the settler who was shot dead in Thursday’s shooting operation in Nablus decided to build this outpost and name it Givat Yehuda in response to his death, adding that right-wing Knesset members support this step.
Last November, the Israeli occupation authority announced a plan to expand the Kiryat Arba settlement with 372 new housing units.
