DaysofPal- One month after the ceasefire took effect, Israel continues to kill Palestinians and maintain conditions of genocide across the Gaza Strip. Despite international silence, more than two million Palestinians remain trapped under siege, starvation policies, and systematic destruction preventing any recovery from 25 months of humanitarian collapse.
Human rights monitors report that an average of eight Palestinians are killed every day under the ongoing blockade. Israel continues to restrict food, medicine, fuel, movement, and medical treatment, creating a deliberate policy of slow death alongside the physical destruction of homes and civilian infrastructure.
Israeli forces continue to bombard neighborhoods in Gaza City and Khan Younis with aerial strikes, artillery fire, and home demolitions, violating the ceasefire daily. Since October 10, 242 Palestinians, including at least 85 children, have been killed, and more than 619 have been injured, proving that the so-called ceasefire did not stop the killing.
Over half of Gaza remains under Israeli military control and outside any monitoring mechanism. Bombings and demolitions continue even in areas where active combat has ceased, part of what observers describe as an attempt to erase the foundations of civilian life.
Human rights groups are calling for: the full return of displaced civilians, the reopening of all crossings, an international protection mission, and the suspension of arms and security cooperation with Israel. They warn that continued political inaction amounts to direct complicity in genocide.
