DaysofPal- The Palestinian Data Center (Ma’ta), an independent human rights organization, has released a comprehensive report documenting 16,880 violations committed by Israeli occupation forces against Palestinians since the beginning of this year. These findings highlight a period marked by persistent daily raids and systematic assaults.
29 Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces and settler gunfire in these documented incidents, according to the report released on Tuesday. Additionally, 576 individuals sustained injuries of varying severity during suppressive operations, incursions, and direct confrontations.
The report noted that Israeli forces carried out 2,065 arrests in the West Bank, targeting young men and former prisoners. It also recorded 107 expulsion orders, affecting individuals forced to leave their homes or barred from entering Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
According to the center, Israeli forces conducted 3,150 raids on Palestinian cities, towns, and refugee camps. These operations were accompanied by a heavy military presence and the closure of around 1,000 roads and intersections using checkpoints and barriers.
The report further documented 2,879 home invasions and searches, during which property was damaged or disturbed as part of repeated arrest campaigns.
In addition, 1,037 attacks by Israeli settlers were recorded across the West Bank, targeting Palestinians and their property. These included assaults on homes, the burning of agricultural land, and physical attacks on residents.
The center also documented 76 cases of home seizures and 574 incidents involving the confiscation of property, including vehicles, agricultural equipment, and personal belongings.
It added that 12 cases of disruption to the education process were recorded due to raids and attacks, alongside 669 instances of displacement resulting from escalating violence by Israeli occupation forces and settlers in various parts of the West Bank.
