DayofPal- A five-story residential building in Gaza’s Beit Lahiya that was housing displaced families was destroyed by an Israeli airstrike, leaving at least 93 Palestinians dead and numerous others injured.

Ismail Al-Thawabta, the director of the Gaza government media office, reported that an Israeli attack on a residential building in Beit Lahia that houses displaced people has left at least 93 people dead and 40 missing.

As dozens of injured people arrived at Kamal Adwan Hospital, which had shut down, no one was available to treat them, according to Thawabta.

There were 200 people living in the building Israel targeted, he added. 83 people have been buried so far.

In dozens of ruthless attacks since the start of its third aggression on northern Gaza on October 5, the occupation forces have bombed homes and shelters on the heads of their inhabitants.

Israel has attacked northern Gaza for 24 days, killing over 1,000 civilians and injuring almost 2,000 more. In an effort to stop plans for displacement, occupation forces are trying to remove the residents who refuse to leave the area.
