The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned early Wednesday 5 April 2023 the brutal Israeli assault at the holy mosque of Al-Aqsa, and the Israeli suppression of worshipers inside the mosque.
“We condemn in the strongest terms the Israeli police’s storming of the holy mosque of Al-Aqsa and assaulting worshipers in it. Israel holds full responsibility for the dangerous consequences of this escalation.” the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
Moreover, The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that “ such hateful and reprehensible scenes, and the repeated Israeli violations of the sanctity of the holy places fuel feelings of resentment and anger among all the Palestinian people, Islamic peoples and people of good conscience worldwide”
