Israeli occupation warplanes persistently on Wednesday, October 10, 2023, targeted residential areas and civilian structures in the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation warplanes attacked several homes belonging to safe civilians in several areas in the besieged enclave.
They said that the Abu Shamala family, residing in the Al-Bureij camp, experienced a terrifying ordeal as Israeli occupation warplanes bombed their home. Thankfully, in this instance, no injuries were reported. However, the attack underscored the indiscriminate nature of these airstrikes, putting civilian lives at grave risk.
Further south in the Ma’an area, near the Abdullah bin Ruwaha Mosque, injuries were reported as Israeli occupation warplanes struck a residential house, they confirmed.
Meanwhile, one Palestinian killed and four others injured in an airstrike on the Al-Bashiti family’s home in Ma’an, east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, medical sources reported.
Tragedy continues to unfold in Rafah, where the number of martyrs has risen to eight. This tragic escalation in casualties is attributed to the Israeli occupation forces’ relentless targeting of the Zanoon and Al-Ajaz family homes.
The Ministry of Health reported that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip has risen to 1100 since the start of escalation on the morning of 7 October, and 5339 citizens were injured.
The Gaza Strip continues to bear the brunt of the Israeli war, with families losing loved ones, homes, and a sense of security. The urgency for international intervention and a lasting ceasefire is greater than ever, as the people of Gaza endure unimaginable hardship and suffering.
