Israeli settlers destroyed on Monday early morning, June 19, 2023, olive seedlings on the Palestinian citizens’ lands in Um Safa village, northwest of Ramallah, in the central West Bank.
Palestinian local sources reported that a group of settlers infiltrated the lands of the citizens, destroyed 20 olive seedlings, and seized a water tank.
The sources pointed out that Palestinian families in the area managed to expel the settlers who came from the Otairatvl settlement built on the Palestinians’ land.
Israeli settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, carry out systematic attacks against Palestinian families and their lands in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli settlers and Israeli occupation forces carried out 492 assaults against Palestinian families and their properties in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem in May 2023.
The attacks included physical assaults, uprooting trees, vandalizing lands, seizing properties, closing roads, and causing injuries.
