Israeli settlers uprooted on Sunday, August 27, 2023, dozens of olive trees and destroyed an agricultural room in the town of Tuqu’, east of Bethlehem.
Taysir Abu Mufarreh, the mayor of Tuqu’, said that a group of settlers uprooted around 40 olive trees in the wilderness area east of the town, which are owned by Palestinian citizens Samir Mahmoud Jabril and Samih Al-Amour.
The settlers also vandalized sheep barn doors, an agricultural room, and barbed wire fences.
Israeli settlers have recently escalated their terrorist attacks on Palestinian citizens and their properties in the town of Tuqu’, assaulting Palestinians, damaging property, and uprooting trees.
