Israeli settlers on Monday morning, attacked Palestinian commuters heading to Ramallah in the north of the occupied West Bank city, under heavy protection by the Israeli occupation forces.
Local sources said settlers stoned Palestinian vehicles near Beit El damaging, the illegal Israeli settlement, causing panic among the commuters.
