Israeli Settlers Attack Nabi Samuel Village, Assault Palestinians

Hundreds of Israeli Jewish settlers, led by the extremist Itamar Ben Gvir, broke into the village of Nabi Samuel, northwest of Jerusalem, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces on Friday, September 2.

Local sources reported that the extremist Ben Gvir led a provocative incursion into the village of Nabi Samuel, accompanied by hundreds of settlers, under heavy protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

The local sources added that the Israeli occupation forces and settlers severely assaulted Palestinians in the village who participated in a peaceful sit-in to condemn the Israeli racist policies and suffocating restrictions.

In addition, Israeli forces detained four Palestinians while participating in peaceful activities in the village.

The village’s sole mosque was subjected to a series of Israeli attacks Israeli settlers set fire to it. In addition, IOF closed the second floor of the mosque, aiming to transform it into a national park for settlers.
