Israeli occupation forces opened fire towards Palestinians, this evening, Monday, March 27, following the renewal of an Israeli settlers’ attack against the people of Hawara town, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its medical teams dealt with 6 injuries sustained by the Israeli bullets in Hawara.
It explained that the medical staff provided first aid to 5 Palestinian citizens who suffocated due to tear gas inhalation, in addition to transferring another Palestinian who was shot in the head to Rafidia Governmental Hospital in Nablus.
Earlier today, extremist Israeli settlers attacked an ambulance belonging to the Palestine Red Crescent Society and Palestinian citizens in the town of Hawara, south of Nablus.
Local Palestinian sources said that dozens of Israeli settlers gathered in more than one axis in the town of Hawara and carried out simultaneous attacks against the people of the town and burned a vehicle that was parked in front of a shop.
The sources pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces provided full protection to the settlers during the attacks, and detained many Palestinians, firing live bullets and gas bombs at them.
Last February, the town of Hawara was subjected to a barbaric attack launched by extremist Israeli settlers, which led to the burning of dozens of Palestinian homes and vehicles, leaving hundreds of injuries and damage.
