Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian man and injured at least six others, including a female medic, after storming the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday night, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
Two more wounded Palestinians were taken to the Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital, one of them with serious injuries, the ministry said in a statement.
A hospital official said that the female medic, who was shot in the back, was among the injured. She was wearing a clearly marked vest and helmet when she was hit by a bullet, the official said.
Since October 7, at least 166 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli occupation forces in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
