Days of Palestine – Nablus
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) uprooted Monday, May 02, 2022, about 100 olive trees in the town of Duma, southeast of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
The head of Douma village council, Suleiman Dawabsheh, said that a force of the IOF and the Civil Administration, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the town on the morning of Eid.
Dawabsheh said that the IOF headed to the southern side of the village and began to demolish stone chains with an area of (7) dunums, a length of one thousand meters.
The IOF also uprooted more than a hundred olive trees over twenty years old, and a metal fence, while placing a demolition notice for new restoration work carried out by the village council in Ain Douma, south of the village, which is used to irrigate livestock.
