M.S | DOP -

The Israeli occupation’s Central Court issued Monday, March 6, a decision to demolish the “Challenge 5” elementary Palestinian school, in the village of Beit Ta’mar, east of Bethlehem.

The director of the Office of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission in Bethlehem, Hassan Brijieh, said that the Israeli Central Court issued the decision, in line with a lawsuit filed by the Zionist “Ragavim Foundation”, to demolish the school.

He explained that the unjust decision included a 60-day deadline for the implementation process.

It was reported that the Israeli Supreme Court refused to extend the petition submitted by the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission and the human rights organization “Santif” to stop the demolition of the “Challenge 5” school and confirmed the demolition decision during its session that was held two weeks ago.
