Israeli occupation forces blockaded number of entry and exit points in Tulkarm, situated in the northern parts of the occupied West Bank, which disrupted the travel of locals and confined their access in and out of the city, as per the report from local sources.
The Israeli occupation forces blocked off both access points to the Ennab checkpoint east of Tulkarm in the Palestinian West Bank, thus barring people from traveling into or out of the city.
Israeli occupation forces additionally sealed off the military checkpoint in Shofa, located north-east of Tulkarm, refusing access to Palestinian-registered vehicles, especially those travelling out from the city, whilst examining passengers’ forms of identification.
At Bal’a, which is west of the city, a further military checkpoint was installed at the town’s entrance, severely restricting the passage of vehicles, causing a massive traffic jam.
