Israeli warplanes bombed several posts in the Gaza Strip on Saturday dawn 18 June 2022.
Locals said huge explosions took place in several places across the besieged Gaza strip as a result of Israeli F-16 raids causing panic to residents especially sleeping children.
They added that severe damage had occurred in the places the Israeli warplanes targeted.
The Israeli bombing came after a surveillance military Israeli balloon had fallen inside the Gaza Strip where an Israeli special force tried to get into the strip and get it, but Palestinian resistance fighters prevented them.
The Palestinian resistance seized the Israeli balloon where Israeli occupation announced later the balloon fell due to a technical defect.
The Palestinian resistance condemned the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which came one day only after the Israeli forces killed three Palestinian youths in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin and injured dozens in different places in the West Bank.
Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem stated that the Israeli bombing is a continuation of the Israeli aggression against Palestinian people as well as Palestinian land in Jerusalem, the occupied lands in 1948 and the occupied West Bank.
Qassem added that Israeli occupation is trying miserably and unsuccessfully to halt the escalation of the revolutionary act throughout occupied Palestine.
He noted that Palestinian resistance will always be the protective shield of the Palestinian people who will continue their legitimate struggle and fight against the Israeli occupation until the liberation of their goals of freedom and independence.
