The Israeli occupation forces launched Thursday, November 17, 2022, a campaign of raids and incursions into various areas in the occupied West Bank, during which they detained a number of Palestinians, while armed confrontations broke out between a group of Palestinians and the occupation forces in the vicinity of “Joseph’s Tomb” in Nablus.
The Palestinian Prisoner Club reported that the occupation forces stormed dozens of homes in different areas of the West Bank, subjected their residents to field investigations, and detained them for hours, after destroying the contents of the houses.
It emphasized that the occupation forces detained a number of Palestinian young men who were transferred for interrogation under the pretext of participating in popular resistance against Israeli settlers and occupation soldiers.
Large forces of the occupation stormed the city of Nablus, where the raids concentrated in the eastern region, which witnessed armed confrontations.
The occupation forces detained 6 young men from the same family in the village of Qusra, south of Nablus, before releasing them.
The occupation forces detained a young Palestinian woman from Balata refugee camp at the Jbara military checkpoint near Tulkarm.
