Renewed Travel Ban
In addition, Israeli occupation authorities extended the travel ban on Luay Fahmi Nasser al-Din, preventing him from leaving Jerusalem. Such travel bans are routinely imposed on Palestinians by ‘Israel’.
Challenges in Obtaining Building Permits
For Palestinians in Jerusalem, obtaining building permits is an arduous process often accompanied by significant financial burdens. The cost can soar to tens of thousands of dollars for each residential unit.
This high cost, along with stringent approval processes, forces many Palestinians to construct buildings without permits, making them vulnerable to demolition orders issued by Israeli authorities.
