Israeli occupation forces IOF opened fire and killed an Israeli woman, suspected to be a Palestinian, south of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron on Tuesday evening, May 9, 2023.
Media sources shared a video showing a young woman lying on the ground and bleeding. Eyewitnesses confirmed she was shot dead by IOF.
Meanwhile, Israeli media sources claimed that Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian woman as she opened fire at IOF near Masafer Yatta, occupied Hebron.
Later, the Israeli media announced that Israeli soldiers shot a woman after they mistakenly thought that she was Palestinian.
Since the beginning of 2023, there has been a significant increase in the number of Palestinians killed by the Israeli occupation, the total now standing at 125.
