Israeli occupation forces invaded the old city of occupied Nablus, killed two Palestinian citizens, and injured at least 25 Palestinians on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
The Palestinian ministry of health reported that 25 Palestinians were reported injured by Israeli live bullets in Nablus, including 4 in critical condition.
In a brief statement, the health ministry said that 36 injured people are receiving treatment at Rafidia Governmental Hospital, Nablus Specialised Hospital, and Al-Najah Hospital.
Later, the ministry announced that three Palestinian citizens were killed by Israeli live bullets during the inclusion in Nablus’ old city.
They were identified as Mohammed Anbusi, 25, Adnan Baara, 72, and Tamer Minawi, 33.
On Wednesday morning, Israeli occupation forces targeted a directed missile at a Palestinian home after seizing it in occupied Nablus.
The Israeli forces also opened fire and tear gas canisters at Palestinians who tried to confront the invasion, local sources reported.
It added that Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian journalists to prevent them from reaching the scene or covering the incursions.
A Palestinian journalist was also reported injured by a bullet shrapnel in his ear while assuming his job.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Red Cresent PRC said that Israeli forces still banned the PRC crews from reaching the scenes to evacuate the injured people.
