Israeli Forces Kidnap 12 Palestinians in West Bank, Jerusalem Raids

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped 12 Palestinians, including a mother, during military raids in different parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem on Monday morning, February 13.

Palestinian media sources reported that Israeli occupation forces kidnapped the Palestinian woman Shahla Al-Najjar, mother of slain Palestinian youth Mujahed Al-Najjar.

The sources pointed out that Israeli forces invaded Al-Najjar’s family home in Ramallah and detained Shahla along with her son Khaled. IOF also kidnapped another youth, north of occupied Ramallah.

In addition, the Israeli forces carried out a military raid in Nablus and detained two Palestinians. This happened after Israeli forces killed another 21-year-old Palestinian in the city.

Meanwhile, the Israeli forces invaded Jenin, Bethlehem, and Hebron. They detained three other Palestinian youths.

In occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli forces kidnapped three Palestinians coinciding with demolishing a Palestinian home in Jabal Al-Mukaber town.

Israeli occupation forces carry out daily incursions into the Palestinians’ homes in the occupied West Bank. The Israeli raids aim at terrorizing, kidnapping or even killing Palestinians.

Israeli occupation forces kidnapped about 598 Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem in January 2023, according to Palestinian figures.
