Israeli occupation forces carried out Thursday, August 31, military raids across the occupied West Banks, detaining 17 Palestinian citizens from inside their homes.
Local Palestinian sources reported that 17 Palestinian citizens, including two ex-detainees, have been detained by the Israeli troops.
The Israeli raids were mainly in Jerusalem, Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus, Salfit, and Jenin, where Israeli forces broke into dozens of Palestinians’ houses and vandalized their contents.
Consequently, confrontations erupted where Israeli troops fired live bullets and tear gas bombs at the Palestinian citizens, who responded by throwing small stones at the armed soldiers and vehicles.
Daily, Israeli troops storm the Palestinian cities and towns of the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, detaining, killing, and injuring citizens there.
Last July only, they detained 530 Palestinian citizens, including 42 kids and 8 females, during many military raids across occupied Palestine.
