Israeli occupation forces attacked today evening Monday, September 18, hundreds of Palestinians, who were engaged in peaceful protests alongside the separation fence east of the besieged Gaza Strip.
Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli troops fired live bullets and toxic tear gas bombs at the protesters near the separation fence.
The protesters reportedly raised the Palestine flag and chanted slogans condemning Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.

They also called for resistance to the Israeli occupation and support for the Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem who are suffering escalating Israeli attacks and restrictions while defending the city and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Last Friday, Israeli occupation forces attacked Palestinian demonstrators near the Gaza Strip’s eastern separation fence. The protests responded to the ongoing Israeli blockade on the Strip and in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners incarcerated in Israeli prisons.
