Israeli occupation forces IOF on Friday July 1, suppressed several anti-settlement marches in the West Bank lands and injured dozens of Palestinian protesters.
According to the Red Crescent, at least 92 Palestinians sustained injuries as Israeli forces attack Palestinian protesters with live bullets, rubber-coated metal bullets, and tear gas canisters during the weekly anti-settlement in Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya.
In Nablus, the Israeli forces attacked another anti-settlement march in Beita. IOF fired tear gas canisters and metal bullets against the Palestinian protesters, injuring dozens.
In a related incident, confrontations broke out in the village of Qaryut, southeast of Nablus, after the Israeli occupation forces set fire to the Palestinian owned lands. Israeli forces heavily fired tear gas canisters towards the lands while their owners were performing the Friday prayer.
Moreover, the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a march organized after Friday prayers in the center of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus. The Israeli forces fired tear gas and rubber-coated metal bullets. 12 Palestinians have been injured so far.
On Fridays, Palestinians take part in marches in protest of the Israeli settlement expansion and land confiscation in the West Bank cities and villages, including Burin, Beita, Kafr Qaddum, and Beit Dajan.
