Israeli occupation officials sent Wednesday, 14 September, 2022 notices ordering the destruction of many Palestinian homes and agricultural buildings in the Ras al-Ahmar neighborhood to the southeast of Tubas in the northern Jordan Valley.
Abdallah Bisharat, the head of the village council in Ras al-Ahmar stated that these orders will affect several animal sheds more than 400 square meters in size as well as three residential tents.
Israeli forces earlier today stormed the Ras al-Ahmar area and the eastern part of Atoof village and photographed most of the structures there raising concern of imminent demolition of these structures.
Israeli soldiers and settlers harass the Palestinian people in the Jordan Valley on a regular basis in an effort to get them to leave the area, which Israel intends to annex.
