Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed Tuesday night, April 4, 2023, Al-Aqsa Mosque in an attempt to evacuate Palestinian worshipers, preventing them from praying inside.

The occupation forces summoned Israeli female soldiers to forcibly evict Palestinian women from the Al-Qibli prayer hall in Al-Aqsa Mosque, dragging them to the Al-Maghariba Gate area and cutting off the electricity while Palestinian worshipers refused to leave it.

Local sources reported that IOF fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades directly toward Palestinian worshipers and broke windows of Al-Qibli Mosque, leading to the injury of at least four Palestinians.

Since the beginning of Ramadan, Israeli forces have stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque daily following the Al-Tarawih prayer to suppress Palestinians and ignite a religious war in the region.

The Union of Temple Mount Groups called on the Israeli settlers to invade Al-Aqsa Mosque during the so-called Jewish Passover holiday starting tomorrow and offer animal sacrifices in its courtyards.

Meanwhile, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem continue their calls to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the Israeli incursions, which increased during the holy month of Ramadan.

Moreover, there are widespread calls for an intense presence in Al-Aqsa Mosque starting tonight and tomorrow morning, to thwart the Israeli settlers’ plans to storm it and offer sacrifices inside it.

Daily, Israeli settlers carry out incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque and provocatively perform Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
