Israeli occupation forces IOF on Friday afternoon, July 29, shot and murdered a Palestinian teen, injuring others after breaking into Al-Mughayar village, northeast of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
Medical sources announced that 16-year-old Amjad Abu Alia, the only son of his family, was killed after he sustained critical wounds as Israeli occupation forces fatally shot him in the chest in Al-Mughayer village.
Earlier today, Israeli occupation settlers, protected by Israeli forces, broke into the Al-Mughayer village and attacked Palestinians participating in peaceful activities held against the Israeli settlement expansion.
Moreover, the Israeli occupation forces attack the Palestinians and targeted them with live bullets, rubber-coated metal bullets, and tear gas canisters. Three Palestinians were reported injured with live bullets, and others suffocated due to their exposure to the tear gas.
Al-Mughayar village, located in Ramallah, is one out of dozens of Palestinian villages frequently facing the Israeli settlers’ attacks and the Israeli threats of imminent control. Settlers routinely attack Palestinians and their agricultural lands in the village, aiming at seizing the whole area.
