Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) re-arrested Saturday, July 22, 2023, a freed Palestinian prisoner from the town of Qabatiya, south of occupied Jenin.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces re-arrested the Palestinian freed prisoner, Tamer Saba’na, while he was passing through a military checkpoint near Silat al-Dhahr.
Israeli occupation forces, stationed at the Silat al-Dhahr military checkpoint, continue to impede Palestinian citizens’ movements, search their vehicles, and check the identities of passengers.
Israeli occupation authorities currently hold some 4900 Palestinians in prisons, including 160 children and 31 women.
