Israeli occupation forces IOF razed a Palestinian road and demolished a wooden room in addition to a water well in the Jerusalem town of Hizma on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Media sources in Jerusalem reported that IOF invaded Hizma and razed a road built in 2014. It pointed out that the road linked several Palestinian neighborhoods in the town.
In addition, the Israeli troops demolished a wooden room and water well owned by Faris Omari and Awad Asaker under the pretext of building without a permit.
Israeli occupation forces IOF have demolished 136 Palestinian homes and structures since the start of 2023, according to the Palestinian Information Center Moata.
The Moata report revealed that 64 homes of demolished homes were documented in Jerusalem, mainly under the pretext of building without a permit.
Almost a third of the Palestinian homes in Jerusalem were built without permits because Israeli occupation authorities denied their owners the permits to construct.
