The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) confiscated Saturday, December 17, 2022 3,492 dunums of Palestinian-owned lands in the village of Aqraba, to the southeast of Nablus.
The head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Moayad Shaaban pointed out that this type of advertisement aims to seize Palestinian citizens’ lands for the benefit of the increasing settlement project in the Palestinian land and to ban their entry to it under the pretext that it is “state land”.
Shaaban also indicated that the Israeli occupation forces, since the beginning of the year 2022, issued three declarations requiring the conversion of Palestinian citizens’ lands into state lands that they are prohibited from accessing, cultivating, using and reclaiming.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission called on Palestinian citizens who own land targeted by the Israeli occupation order to go to its offices in order to complete legal files as soon as possible to nullify the occupation order.
