DaysofPal- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) abducted 16 Palestinians at dawn on Tuesday, including a girl and several former detainees, during a series of widespread raids across the occupied West Bank.
The campaign involved the storming and searching of homes and the ransacking of their contents.

The Israeli forces arrested the young woman Doaa Jarrara after raiding her family’s home in the town of Asira al-Shamaliya, north of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

The correspondent added that Israeli forces entered the city of Nablus at dawn via the Deir Sharaf and Sarra military checkpoints with several military vehicles.

Arrests in the city included former detainee Bassem al-Qutb, detained from his home in the Tal‘at Blaybila area of Rafidia neighborhood, as well as brothers Izz al-Din, Muhi al-Din, and Mohammad Taysir Abd al-Hay, in addition to Ali al-Shami from the al-Makhfiya neighborhood west of Nablus.

Israeli forces also stormed Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, arresting Samih Dhiab after raiding his home. Local sources said he was detained as a means of pressure on his brother, Habib, to turn himself in.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces arrested Ahmad Abu Awad after raiding his family’s home in the village of Awarta, southeast of Nablus.

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces re-arrested former detainee Mohammad Nasser after storming his home in the town of Attil, north of Tulkarm. Loay Salim was also arrested from his family’s home in the same town.

Meanwhile, in the central West Bank, Israeli forces arrested Majd Ashraf after raiding his home in the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah.

The Prisoners’ Media Office stated that Israeli forces also arrested brothers Mohammad and Tariq Adnan Jaber following a raid and search of their family home in the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarm.

Palestinian security sources reported that Israeli forces arrested Ahmad Ishtawi al-Assa, Ayman Mahmoud Abdullah al-Assa, and Younis Mohammad Safi Hassasneh after raiding and searching their homes in the town of al-Ubeidiya, east of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.

Israeli forces have continued their incursion into the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarm, for several hours, carrying out raids on homes and commercial shops. Forces also stormed the town of Allar, north of Tulkarm.
Local residents said Israeli forces fired live ammunition and illumination flares during an ongoing raid on Attil, north of Tulkarm.

Israeli incursions were also reported in the towns of Silwad northeast of Ramallah, al-Mazra‘a al-Gharbiya northwest of the city, and Kobar to the north, where troops deployed on foot, raided and searched homes, and fired illumination flares.

In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces stormed the al-Ja‘bari neighborhood in the city of Hebron, and seized several vehicles from the town of Bani Na‘im, east of the city, claiming they were unlicensed.
Local sources further reported that Israeli forces continue to raid the town of Arraba, west of Jenin in the northern West Bank.

Israeli forces also stormed the city of Jericho, raiding a home on Amman Street, and raided another home in al-Ubeidiya, east of Bethlehem.
