Israeli occupation forces IOF detained five Palestinian youths during raids in occupied Jerusalem and Hebron on Friday, April 7, 2023.
Palestinian local sources reported that IOF kidnapped four Palestinians, including two ex-detainees, after raiding their homes in occupied Hebron.
The sources pointed out that the Israeli forces brutally attacked the detainees before the eyes of their families.
Meanwhile, confrontations broke out in Hebron’s town of Beit Ummar after Israeli occupation forces invaded and searched several homes.
IOF opened fire and tear gas canisters at Palestinian youths in the area, injuring two Palestinians with live bullets.
In a related development, Israeli occupation forces invaded Al-Ram town, north of occupied Jerusalem. Sources said that IOF kidnapped a Palestinian youth during their raid.
The occupation forces carry out semi-daily raids into the Palestinian homes and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
Under the ongoing Israeli forces’ raids, Palestinian families in West Bank and Jerusalem are subjected either to arrests, injuries, terror, or even murder.
According to Palestinian figures, Israeli occupation forces detained 475 Palestinians, including 74 children and 9 women, in March 2023.
