Harvard students are hosting a BDS event this Thursday, September 29, in solidarity with Palestine.
“The aim of such event is to bring visibility to the Palestinian cause and bring the administration closer to centre justice and freedom.” Said Harvard students.
Every Thursday at Harvard is a Palestinian Koffieyeh Thursday. Students wear the traditional Palestinian scarf (Koffieyeh) to class to bring visibility to the Palestinian cause.
For years, the editorial board of the Harvard Crimson, the student newspaper at Harvard University, have been supporting and in solidarity with Palestine.
“We are proud to finally lend our support to both Palestinian liberation and BDS — and we call on everyone to do the same,” the Crimson’s editorial board wrote.
Harvard University Founded in 1636 is the oldest institution of higher learning in the United States and one of the most prestigious and highly rated in the world.
