DaysofPal- Hamas accused Israel of systematic, daily violations of the Sharm el-Sheikh ceasefire, saying the Israeli occupation is “blowing up” the deal while maintaining siege and destruction across Gaza. The movement said it has fully complied: handing over 20 captives alive within 72 hours, locating 24 of 28 bodies and sharing coordinates for others, leaving “no pretext” to question its adherence.
Hamas said Israel’s breaches have killed 271 Palestinians and injured 600+ since the truce began, alongside 35 new arrests, home demolitions inside the so-called yellow line, and incursions beyond the agreed pullback by ~33 km². It accused Israel of weaponizing aid: blocking UNRWA supplies, keeping Zikim and Rafah crossings closed, limiting fuel and essentials to ≈40% of agreed volumes, and obstructing power-station repairs and rubble removal, ensuring Gaza remains paralyzed.
The statement also cited open incitement by Israeli leaders and alleged abuses against the killed and detainees, while noting 1,800+ Palestinians remain missing. Hamas said the occupation is using these violations to pave the way for renewed assault under the veneer of a ceasefire and an ongoing genocidal campaign.
Hamas called on guarantors and mediators to enforce the deal now: halt killings and raids, respect the withdrawal lines, restore UNRWA operations, reopen Rafah and Zikim, allow hundreds of thousands of tents and reconstruction materials, disclose detainee and missing-person lists, and grant unrestricted access for medical and relief teams.
