DaysofPal- The Palestinian Government Media Office (GMO) issued on Monday, September 30, 2024, shocking statistics about the ongoing Israeli genocide against Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
According to the GMO’s estimates, the Israeli 360-day offensive resulted as follows:
3,628 massacres were carried out by Israeli occupation army
51,615 were killed or went missing.
10,000 went missing
41,615 martyrs arrived at hospitals.
16,891 children were killed
171 infants were born and killed during the genocide war.
710 children under the age of one-year-old were killed.
36 people starved to death.
11,458 women were killed
986 medical staff members were killed
85 civil defense cadres were killed.
174 journalists were killed
7 mass graves were established by the Israeli occupation inside hospitals.
520 martyrs were recovered from 7 mass graves inside hospitals.
96,359 people were injured.
69% of the victims are children and women.
184 shelter centers were targeted by the Israeli occupation.
25.973 children have lost at least one of their parents.
3,500 children are at risk of death due to malnutrition and starvation.
5,000 people were detained from the Gaza Strip during the genocide war.
310 health workers were detained.
2 million people are displaced in the Gaza Strip.
100,000 tents are worn out and no longer suitable for use by the displaced people.
201 government headquarters were destroyed.
125 schools and universities were completely destroyed.
337 schools and universities were partially destroyed.
11,500 students were killed
750 teachers and education workers were killed
150,000 housing units were completely destroyed
80,000 housing units were destroyed and became uninhabitable.
200,000 housing units were partially destroyed
