DaysofPal – The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that over the past 48 hours, four people were killed, including one newly deceased; three recovered from the rubble.

and seven others were injured, with many victims still trapped under debris or stranded on roads, as emergency and civil defense teams remain unable to reach them.

In its Thursday report, the ministry confirmed that since the ceasefire on October 11, a total of 425 people have been killed, 1,206 injured, and 688 victims recovered from under rubble. Cumulative figures since the beginning of the Israeli assault in October 2023 now stand at 71,395 fatalities and 171,287 injuries.

Earlier Thursday, a young girl, Hamsa Houso, 11, was killed by gunfire from Israeli military vehicles in Jabalia, northern Gaza, outside the areas controlled by Israeli forces. Israeli authorities had previously claimed to have targeted a senior Hamas commander in the northern part of the Strip.

Local sources also reported repeated gunfire from Israeli helicopters east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, alongside intensive shelling and attacks on eastern areas of central Gaza, including Deir al-Balah and the Bureij refugee camp, since the morning hours.

On Wednesday, two Palestinians were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a home on Yafa Street in the Tuffah neighborhood, northeastern Gaza City, outside the areas where the Israeli army is deployed. A medical source at Al-Ma’madani Hospital described the injuries as serious.
