Dozens of Israeli Settlers Invade Al-Aqsa Mosque

B.M | DOP -

Tens of Israeli settlers, guarded by Israeli occupation forces, invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed provocative rituals on Sunday morning, April 2, 2023.

The Palestinian Department of Islamic Endowment reported that groups of Israeli settlers carried out provocative tours, performing Talmudic rituals near Al-Rahma gate.

The Endowment pointed out that IOF tightened restrictions on Palestinians’ entry to Al-Aqsa as they deployed at its entrances in the morning.

Meanwhile, Palestinian local sources reported that 80 Israeli Jewish settlers broke into Al-Aqsa under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

Last night, Israeli occupation forces invaded Al-Aqsa to forcibly remove Palestinian worshipers from the Qibli Prayer Hall, but they failed as worshipers shut themselves inside the Hall.

Israeli settlers carry out semi-daily incursions into the blessed Mosque in Jerusalem and provocatively perform Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

Meanwhile, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem continue their calls to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the Israeli settlers’ incursions, expected to rise during the holy month of Ramadan.
