The Israeli occupation demolished three Palestinian schools in 2023 in a flagrant violation of fundamental human rights; according to the head of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission Mo’ayyad Sha’ban on Saturday, 19 August 2023.
Sha’ban pointed out that the Palestinian students attending these schools do not enjoy their fundamental human rights due to the Israeli occupation’s violations, and are forced to live in a problematic and ambiguous reality feeling concerned about the future of their education.
He also emphasized that the fate of more than 1,000 male and female students across more than 53 Palestinian schools, which are threatened with demolition at any moment, is still uncertain.
