A colonial Israeli settler shot and killed on Saturday, 11 February 2023 a Palestinian youth in the occupied West Bank village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit.
Local Palestinain sources reported that the 27 years old Palestinain youth Mithqal Suleiman Abdel Halim Rayan was killed after being fatally shot by an Israeli settler in the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit.
Eyewitnesses stated that Israeli settlers invaded the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, attacked a group of Palestinain residents, and opened fire directly at them, killing Rayan with a shot in the head.
Since the beginning of 2023, Israeli occupation forces and settlers claimed the lives of 46 Palestinians including 9 children, an elderly woman, and a Palestinian detainee in the Israeli occupation jails.
