Former Minister of War in the Israeli occupation government, Benny Gantz, said today, Monday, January 9, 2022, that the time has come to declare war on Netanyahu’s extremist government and to destabilize the entity’s state.
Israeli media quoted Benny Gantz as saying that the responsibility for the internal war will lie with the Prime Minister of the occupation government, Benjamin Netanyahu.
Addressing Netanyahu, Gantz said, “If you continue on the path you are on, the responsibility for the civil war that threatens Israeli society will be placed on you.”
The sources pointed out that, in the wake of Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin’s development of a “reform plan” aimed at giving priority to the extremist political arm over Supreme Court decisions, some left-wing Israeli parties organized a protest demonstration in “Tel Aviv” on Saturday evening, in which tens of thousands participated in the protest against Levin’s legal plan.
It should be noted that there is a sharp conflict within the new extremist Israeli government and widespread external criticism internationally because of its announcement of racist measures and the enactment of laws to legitimize its crimes against the Palestinians on the one hand, and the racial discrimination between the Israeli settlers themselves on the other hand.
It is noteworthy that last December, Netanyahu’s government, which includes parties from the “Israeli far right”, took the constitutional oath in the Knesset, and proceeded to perform its tasks amid controversial plans and decisions, especially with regard to limiting the power of the judiciary and the control of the “Ministry of” National Security” headed by the extremist Itamar Ben Gvir, extremist over the “Israeli police”.
